- 2.1 Upon successful subscription, users will gain access to our library of interpretations of dream symbols.
- 2.2 Subscriptions are available on a monthly or yearly basis, as chosen by the user during the sign-up process.
3. Payments
- 3.1 Payments for the Service will be charged in advance.
- 3.2 Payments are non-refundable except as explicitly provided in these T&Cs.
4. Use of Service
- 4.1 The Service is for personal, non-commercial use only.
- 4.2 Sharing of account details or content is prohibited and may result in termination of the subscription without refund.
- 4.3 Users must not reproduce, redistribute, or commercially exploit content from the Service.
5. Limitations
- 5.1 Interpretations provided are based on general symbolic understanding and do not guarantee any specific outcomes in real life.
- 5.2 We do not provide psychological, therapeutic, or medical advice.
6. Intellectual Property
- 6.1 All content provided through the Service, including interpretations, are the intellectual property of KONSULTA EDU d.o.o..
- 6.2 Unauthorized use of this content outside of the Service is prohibited.
7. Termination
- 7.1 We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your subscription at any time if you breach these T&Cs.
- 7.2 Users can cancel their subscription at any time via the user dashboard. Refunds will not be provided for the remaining subscription period.
8. Privacy
- 8.1 Personal data provided during the subscription process will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
9. Changes to T&Cs
- 9.1 We reserve the right to modify these T&Cs at any time. Users will be notified of any significant changes.
- 9.2 Continued use of the Service after changes to the T&Cs signifies acceptance of those changes.
10. Liability
- 10.1 The Service is provided "as is" without any warranties or guarantees. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any interpretation.
- 10.2 Under no circumstances will KONSULTA EDU d.o.o. be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Service.

- 11.1 These T&Cs are governed by the laws of Slovenia.
